- Brush clean condenser coils
- Replace air filters
- Clean condensate pans and drains
- Inspect cooling coil
- Check economizer/dampers for proper operation
- Lubricate damper linkage/bearings
- Inspect all contactors
- Inspect compressors for refrigerant/oil leaks
- Check compressor oil level
- Check crankcase heater
- Check refrigerant charge
- Check thermostat setting and calibration
- Adjust/replace belts
- Check voltage and amperage on motors
- Check temperature drop
